We accept
TheFurniture.com Card, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Checks, Money Orders,
Cashier's Checks (in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank), PayPal and
Google Checkout. TheKidsFurniture.com is proud to provide
financing for you. We
also accept purchase orders under certain terms.

TheKidsFurniture.com
products and services are priced in U.S. dollars.
You can place an
order with a credit card, by using our Web site. We also will be glad to
assist you to place the order
over the phone. Our systems are very secure, and all customer information is
kept private.

To place an order
with a check, money order, or cashier's check (denominated in U.S. dollars
and drawn on a U.S. bank), please print your shopping cart and send it with
your payment to TheKidsFurniture.com, attn: Orders, Two Neshaminy

We
will happily
accept purchase orders from U.S. schools, and U.S. state or county
government agencies. Please read the following terms and conditions
carefully.

The smallest
purchase order amount we accept is $100.

All products bought
by purchase order must be shipped to a US destination.

We cannot accept
purchase order numbers over the phone, or purchase requisition forms.
We cannot accept
your purchase order unless you agree to these terms. Please call us at (800)
838-3048 with any questions.
Please contact
Customer Support if you have a preferred payment method that you would like
to be added to our payment options.
Charging
and Credit Card info
TheKidsFurniture.com does not
save or store any credit card numbers of its customers. Once a customer
completes online order, his/her credit card issuer authorizes
TheKidsFurniture.com to charge an appropriate amount of money to the customer’s
credit card. TheKidsFurniture.com will charge customer’s credit card whenever
the merchandise is shipped or 21 days after the order is processed
(whichever comes first). However, in some cases TheKidsFurniture.com may charge
your card in the time of the sale.
Please note: all payments sent through PayPal
or Google Checkout charged immediately upon ordering.
Sales Tax
Items shipped to
destinations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are subject to a 6% sales
tax.
Coupons and Discounts
During the
checkout process you can enter any coupons and promotional codes that you
would like to use on that order.
To redeem a coupon
or promotional code, enter the appropriate code. Please note, many
promotional codes and coupons are limited to using only one per purchase.

All Discounts, Coupons and Special Offers valid only at the time of
order placing. No coupons and price matching available after order is

Order Confirmation
You will receive
an "order confirmation" email within 24 business hours of placing your order. The
email confirmation will serve as your invoice.
If you do not
receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please
click here to contact us. Be sure to include your email address and
details of the order. We will send a new confirmation to you.
Images
TheKidsFurniture.com strives to provide our customers with best possible
pictures of items that we sell and utilizes highest-resolution images.
However, some color variations between the picture that you see on your
monitor and the item that arrives to your house may occur.
Purchase Protection
Plan
The Purchase Protection Plan is underwritten by
Montage Furniture Services, which is fully and totally responsible
for execution of all provisions included in the plan. TheKidsFurniture.com
provides this plan for your convenience only and cannot be held responsible
for any event related to the execution and fulfillment of the obligations
contained in the plan.
Once Purchase Protection Plan is paid for and
your order is delivered to you, a certificate is issued in your name. It is
subsequently mailed to the same address that you requested for your
furniture to be delivered to. If the certificate is not received within 4
weeks of your purchase delivery date, please, notify TheKidsFurniture.com
and we will contact Montage Furniture Services to issue and mail a
replacement certificate. Once you receive the certificate, please, direct
all your inquiries to Montage Furniture Services. |

TheKidsFurniture.com Shipping
Depending on the item(s) that you purchased on
TheKidsFurniture.com and the location to which the items will be delivered,
different shipping methods will be provided to you. Each shipping method has
its own restrictions and additional charges that might be applied to your
order.
Shipping Time
All shipping times listed
on TheKidsFurniture.com site are approximate and we always strive to adhere to
them as closely as possible. However, due to the fact that delivery times
may be effected by our manufacturers and/or shipping solutions provides, we
cannot be held responsible in the event that your items arrive earlier or
later than estimated.
Please note: more
shipping time is required for residents of Oregon, Washington,
Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and
South Dakota.
Important: Once a customer has been
issued a tracking number, the order is shipped and can no longer be
cancelled or modified.
Standard Shipping
We will ship UPS/FedEx whenever
possible. If your
order is large and/or heavy we will arrange a Standard Tracking shipping.
The
Standard Tracking shipping is a shipping method, which can be described as a
"curb side delivery".
If you are ordering a very
large or/and heavy item, please keep in mind that you need someone to
help to move it.
You will be contacted for an appointment by the Shipping Company ahead of
time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly.
Shippers are expected to notify you of a
delivery day, time and service options, so you can have the appropriate help
available to get your order into your home if necessary. Please note that
shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. If you are not at
home when the delivery was scheduled and the freight company has to return
with your order, a second delivery fee may apply based on the
carrier.
Under
no circumstances can the items left outside of the house or apartment
unattended.
Additional Services
Alternatively, most truck
freight companies offer additional services such as:

Helping you to move
items into your house
-
White Glove Service
(including light setup, placing your new furniture in the room of your
choice, removing the debris)
-
Taking furniture to
another then ground floor.

etc.
Once we email you the
tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about
additional services. You would be responsible for paying the truck freight
carrier directly for any additional services.
*In all cases the shipper
will not hookup any electrical or component wires.
Upon Delivery
All
customers are required to sign a bill of lading upon delivery. Should you notice any damage to the boxes in which your
furniture was delivered, please, note the damages on the bill of lading.
Important:
You
MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If your order arrives
damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on
the bill of lading
and accept the delivery and
contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please
call us on the next business day.

and Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy
All our products are custom ordered for
our valuable customers.
As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events
which ultimately results in you receiving product of your choice.
Since all our products are custom ordered, at the very beginning at
this sequence TheKidsFurniture.com and its respective customer become
financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product.
We at TheKidsFurniture.com try to remain the most customer friendly
furniture website on the internet and will attempt to assist you in
cancellation of your order. We will contact the manufacturer and
make all the necessary arrangements, but, unfortunately even we are
not able to cancel any orders which have been already prepared for
shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. Please, note that
even if the tracking number is not available to us or you at
the time you request cancellation of your order,
it might actually be already too late. We will contact you
immediately after the manufacturer advises us of whether we can
cancel your order or not. Throughout the ordering process you will
be prompted to check the box reading: "I agree in
full to terms and conditions of sale by
TheKidsFurniture.com" . By checking this box you agree to accept in
full all terms and conditions listed on TheKidsFurniture.com
including our Cancellation Policy and such acceptance will be
in lieu of customer’s legal signature.
Return Policy
If the order has arrived but you do
not want to accept it for any reason you have 30 days
after delivery to declare it. Please call us at 800-838-3048
immediately and we will arrange the pick up. No orders will be
accepted back without prior authorization by TheKidsFurniture.com. The refund for your order
in the full amount of your order less all delivery charges and a 25%
restocking fee to accept the return of the item by the
manufacturer will be processed to you after the item is received
back by the warehouse.
Occasionally some items are sold and
advertised as "Free delivery" items as part of a promotion, or a
discounted shipping was offered (whether or not the customer was
made aware of the shipping discount at the time of purchase) the
delivery costs are always incorporated in the price of our items and
will be taken into the account when the refund for such item is
processed. After request for such return is fully processed, email
with all the costs involved will be sent to you. Please, do not
assemble the furniture that you might be returning since furniture
assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
All returned products must be in
original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may
be applied. Additionally, certain products
cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take
them back. If you have any questions about whether a product can be
returned, please call us at 800-838-3048 ext 2.
Damaged Items
TheKidsFurniture.com only contracts
professional delivery and trucking companies are contracted to
deliver the order, unfortunately, accidents damaging your ordered
items may occur. While this happens extremely rarely, we do ask our
customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of
arrival and note all comments on damage in their entirety on the
bill of lading. Customer is also asked to photograph the damages,
call us when this occurs at 800-838-3048
and e-mail the photographs of damages to
support@TheKidsFurniture.com
within 5
business days of delivery. If the damages are not promptly
and fully noted and reported, we might not be able to assist
customer with later claims. We
reserve the right to repair furniture in customer’s home or accept
return for repair and/or replacement. Regretfully, we can only
authorize full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair
or replace the item.
We also expect our customers to accept delivery appointment for any
repairs or replacement furniture to complete the order process.
Throughout the ordering process you will
be prompted to check the box reading: "I agree in
full to terms and conditions of sale by
TheKidsFurniture.com" and such acceptance will be in lieu of customer’s
legal signature.
